General Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of having to leave before the end of your stay, you won’t be eligible for the refund of the booking fee paid at the time of your reservation.
- In the case of cancelation or change of your booked reservation we’ll be entitled to keep, as a form of compensation, the following percentages of the booking fee:
- 5% when the cancelation is made more than 30 days before the stay
- 50% when the cancelation is made 30 days or less before the stay and 8 days before
- 100% when the cancelation is made 7 days before the stay
- If you wish you can pay for a cancelation insurance for 6€. More info in this link.
- In any case, review the particular conditions of your reservation, may be different.
